I work virtually with teen, adult, and relationship clients throughout Houston and other parts of Texas, and clients in other locations as permitted by interstate laws.
Individual Therapy Sessions
We’ll work one-on-one towards therapeutic goals you’ve decided on with my support. You may also prefer a general life maintenance and support format and spend our time unpacking your experience since our last session.
Relationship/Family Therapy Sessions
Come as friends, romantic partners, or a family. I’ll work with you in sorting through the challenges your relationship faces by understanding yourselves and each other better, improving communication, and building healthy structure in your connections. Depending on challenge complexity, please note I may suggest a longer first session than the usual 50 minutes.
Virtual Therapy Sessions
We can connect regardless of where you live in Texas. We can also meet virtually if, on the day of your in-person session, you find you cannot travel to me but can still talk at our scheduled time from where you are via phone or video.
If you in another state or outside of the U.S., we may or may not be able to work together. Please contact me and I will review those details.
For a video session, I use secure video therapy platforms designed for security and the confidential share of information. You won’t have to make an account or enter information beyond a name to connect.
Payment and Insurance
My rate begins at $190 for the 50 minute therapy “hour.” Additional time past 50 minutes is prorated at the same rate. Please contact me if you may be eligible for a sliding scale rate.
I accept cash, check, credit cards, and Venmo. My system accepts some HSA cards. Payment for late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or no show sessions is due in full.
I am considered out-of-network for insurance panels. I can provide a Super Bill, or a receipt of services, if you would like to file with your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance carrier for any necessary details.
Per the No Surprises Act, you have the right to obtain a “Good Faith Estimate” of treatment costs before we begin. Read more here.
